It says the special will expire on December 6. Does that mean my event has to take place before that date?
No, your event doesn't have to actually "take place" before December 6th, it just simply means you have to book your upcoming wedding or party on (or before) December 6 in order to get the special. Your event can take place anytime. (For example let's say you are planning a wedding for next summer. You can get this special wedding package for your wedding as long as you book and pay your retainer fee on (or before) December 6th at midnight.)
I don't have a wedding date yet so I am not in a position to book, but I really do like the "Black Friday / Cyber Monday" Special Wedding Package. Will you be offering this special again soon?
We can't promise we will offer this exact same special again but we do offer specials from time to time. If you are getting married (and can't book before December 6th) we would encourage to attend the Coastal Weddings Expo at the Pensacola Bay Center on Sunday January 5, 2025 from 11am to 3pm. We will be a vendor and will be offering a wedding special package just for attendees of the show so that would be another opportunity for you to get a great deal. We also offer our "Hero's Discount" which is 15% off any of our 4 main wedding packages. The "Hero's Discount" is available to all active-duty military members, firefighters, EMT's, law enforcement, and nurses. That's a special we offer all year round. But we also do offer other specials so we encourage you to check our website, Facebook page, and Youtube channel often for any specials we may be running.
When are you available for consultations?
We can work out a time that works best for you. We've done many consultations in the evening (after most people get off work), during the day (while couples may be on their lunch break), and even on the weekends (when we don't have another wedding or other events happening.) So we can schedule it when it's best for you. We offer in-person, phone, and video consultations so we can work out a method that works best for you.
We notice you don't charge an "hourly" rate on your regular packages, does that apply to the "Black Friday / Cyber Monday" specials as well?
Yes! Just like our regular packages we do not charge an "hourly" rate for the "Black Friday / Cyber Monday" special packages. When you hire us for your wedding or your party, you book us for the "day" of the event. You will only pay a "flat rate" for our services which means you can have your DJ for as many hours as you would like on the day of your wedding or party! Your flat rate includes all of the planning, the consultations, and the labor (in addition to the time we are actually "performing" at your wedding reception.) The only time you will pay any "overtime" (or "hourly" fees) would be in the event your wedding reception or party went past midnight (which would be into the next day. At that time we would charge 100.00 an hour for every hour past midnight.)
What is a "gig log" video?
A "gig log" video is a video that we include (at no extra charge) for you. It's basically a look at your event from the "DJ's point of view". We showcase your wedding or party from our perspective and brides (and other clients) love it because not only does it give you a chance to see your event from a different angle, you can also send the video out to your friends and family (especially the ones who could not make it to your event. They can still get a "small sample" of your event!) We have many wedding and party gig logs on our Youtube channel (in fact a complete playlist of both wedding and party gig logs.) You can access the playlists at the links below!
